Systems Engineer from the Autonomous University of Manizales and a specialist in University Teaching. She holds a Master's degree in Economic and Financial Administration from the Technological University of Pereira and a Doctorate in Pedagogical Sciences from the Latin American and Caribbean Pedagogical Institute. She is a researcher in the Human and Organizational Development Research Group at the Technological University of Pereira. Her research has focused on the areas of Technological Culture, Productivity and Competitiveness, and Change, Innovation, and Leadership, with a particular emphasis on the latter. She has conducted various works and investigations that have allowed her to strengthen her knowledge in leadership.
