An inter-institutional think tank dedicated to creating networks for strengthening democracies in Latin America. Adjunct professor of cultural studies at the National University of Colombia. Holds a master's degree in geography from the University of Paris-Panthéon-Sorbonne and a master's degree in information and communication sciences from the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas. Completed his doctoral thesis at the National University of Colombia. His current work focuses on communication processes related to historical memory, armed conflict, and social movements in Colombia.
