José Luis is an Industrial Engineer from the University of Buenos Aires, with a postgraduate degree in Management Sciences from the Oxford Center for Management Sciences. He has held various executive positions throughout his career, including Director of Human Resources for the Santander Group in Argentina, Industrial Engineering Manager at Techint, and as the Rector of ITBA (Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires) from 2014 to 2020 in the education sector. He has published 5 books, with his latest work titled "Cultura Innovadora" (2017), and in 2021, he was selected as one of the 20 outstanding engineers on the commemoration of UBA´s 200 years.
