Manuel is the CEO and Co-founder of Impacto Digital, a civil association without lucrative purposes focused in developing technological solutions from a human rights perspective. He is a sociologist specialized in human rights and social innovation. He is also a consultant for international cooperation NGOs such as UNESCO and CIDH.
