María Cristobal is a Civil Engineer from the Universidad Católica Argentina and founder of Buenos Aires Planning. She currently participates in Change Management projects, taking advantage of her studies of Psychology of Organizations in the Gestalt school of Buenos Aires. After having worked as a structural designer at Techint, she held several positions at the Grupo Comercial del Plata in Argentina, and became General Manager. She is a member of FAME, Treasurer of the Board in the Argentine chapter of Vital Voices, a global program for women's empowerment, and President of the Latin American Society of Facility Management.
