Julio Donato Bárbaro is an Argentine politician, political analyst, writer and thinker. He has a degree in Political Science, was a national deputy from 1973 to 1976 and from 1983 to 1985, secretary of culture from 1989 to 1991 in the presidency of Carlos Ménem and Comptroller of COMFER from 2003 to 2007.
