José Luis is an Industrial Engineer from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, and has a Master’s Degree in Management Sciences from the Oxford Center for Management Sciences. Throughout his career he had different management positions such as Argentina’s HR Director at Grupo Santander and Industrial Engineering Manager in Techint Tubes Division.
