María studied civil engineering in the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina. She worked as Project Manages in the Techint Group and as Corporate Real Estate Manager at the Sociedad Comercial del Plata. She founded and directs BA Planning, a design and architecture firm dedicated to the development of work spaces, focusing on enhancing productivity and efficiency through its thorough planning. María is also part of the Vital Voices mentorship programme, an organization dedicated to building female leadership.
