Cecilia is a physicist graduated from Instituto Balseiro in Argentina. She then studied Nuclear Engineering at the University of London and earn a doctorate in engineering from University of Karlsruhe. She is a researcher in several centers like the National Commission of Atomic Energy in Argentina and the Atomic Center Karlsruhe in Germany. She has 14 international publications, 3 patents and several works written in the industry. She was awarded the Konex Award 2013 in Science and Technology.
