Ricardo Elías Puelles is a criminal lawyer specializing in cybercrime and digital evidence. He is the President of the Peruvian Institute of Evidential Reasoning and the Peruvian Observatory of Cybercrime. He founded the law firm Elías Puelles and has served as a consultant for the United Nations. He currently represents McDonald’s and MercadoLibre in Peru. He is a professor at PUCP and has trained thousands of legal professionals across Latin America in oral litigation and evidential reasoning.
