Renee Hobbs is one of the world's leading experts on media literacy education and the author of 12 books, including Mind Over Media: Propaganda Education in a Digital Age and Media Literacy in Action. Over 30 years, she has mentored a global community of media literacy educators through professional development, collaboration, and research. She is the Founding Editor of the Journal of Media Literacy Education, the Founder of the Media Education Lab, and a tenured full professor at the Harrington School of Communication and Media at the University of Rhode Island USA.
