Frequent questions

What expenses do we cover for participants?

Registering on our platform and applying to the conference is free. Selected participants will also enjoy covered expenses within Buenos Aires during the three days of the conference. These include full board, transportation between the hotel and conference venues, and accommodation.

What about travel costs?

SABF does not cover travel expenses from your place of residence to Buenos Aires and back. However, there are various ways to secure financial assistance for your transportation to Buenos Aires. The SABF organizing team will provide all the support you may need to seek funding. We encourage you to explore sponsorship opportunities through universities, companies, student foundations, airlines, embassies, or even crowdfunding campaigns!

How can I contribute to the organization of the SABF?

There are several ways in which you can contribute with the organization of the Forum. As a student you can apply and take part in the event. As an ex participant you can join the SABF Ambassador Program and support the organizing team by helping spread the word. As a company or organization you can participate as a supporter of the conference, contributing funds or resources that help us deliver a better experience for students.

Who receives the information requested during the application process?

The submitted information will only be available to the assigned SABF organizers, the jury in charge of the selection of the participants and those authorized by the SABF team for such purposes, keeping the confidentiality of the information at all times.

What should I do if my university is not listed in the application form?

If your university does not appear in the list, please contact us at help@sabf.org.ar and we will review and enable it so you can complete your application.

What profile of speakers does the Forum aim to feature?

What does the application process involve?

The application process involves completing an online form divided into different sections. This tool allows us to thoroughly understand each applicant's profile in order to select the final 100 participants for the conference. It includes various sections that gather educational, personal, and professional information, as well as reflective questions. You can complete the sections in any order, and each response is saved automatically, allowing you to go through the process at different times, days, or even weeks. Who organizes the SABF?

The SABF is entirely organized by 22 students of the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA), an Argentinian university dedicated to develop professionals in the area of engineering and disciplines related to business, committed to the development of the country.
