Godber W. Tumushabe he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and a Juridical Science Master (JSM) Degree from Stanford Law School, Stanford University. He is the founding Executive Director of Advocates Coalition for Development and Environment. Mr. Tumushabe is currently an Associate Director at the Great Lakes Institute for Strategic Studies and the founding Chief Executive Officer of Technology Frontiers Education and has written two books.
