Jorge Goulu

President & CEO - IBM Argentina

Jorge Goulu, born in Buenos Aires, has an Industrial Engineering Degree from ITBA (Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires). He has served, for over twenty years, in different executive positions, where he achieved great experience in Sales, Operations and Marketing of technological solutions, working for many different clients and markets.

He started his career at IBM Argentina in the year 1987. In 2004 he was named Unit Manager Business Partner of IBM Latin America, becoming responsible for achieving business results, growth in revenue, develop and maintain IBM's relationship with its network of business partners and develop solutions e-business on demand to different customers.

In 2006 he became Director of Small and Medium Business for Spanish South America (SSA). In this position he was responsible of encouraging IBM’s growth and help its customers innovate in their markets.

Since February 2008, he has been General Business Vicepresident for Latin America, until this March, when he was named General Manager of IBM Argentina.
