Mark is a Tenured Professor in the School of Business at The British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. His professional activity are in the field of Higher Education, Consulting and Business Advice in the following areas: Organizational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Positive Psychology, Leadership, Teamwork, Sustainability/Adaptation, Human Resources Management, International Business, Strategic Management, Cooperative Business Practices and Employee Happiness/Satisfaction/Well Being. Mark was the former Program Head and creator of the Sustainable Business Leadership Program at BCIT, and the Executive Cooperative Field School at CUOA in Vicenza, Italy. Mark has practiced Organizational Psychology for ICBC Canada, Florida Power Corporation USA, United Parcel Company USA, and BellSouth USA, as well as having consulted privately for a number and variety of companies, NGOs and Government Departments.
